Tuesday, Sept. 16: Kayla Sabine, 27, of West Eaton, was charged with thirddegree forgery and third-degree possession of a forged instrument. Tuesday, Sept. 16: Nicholas D. Setticase, 29, of Canastota, was charged with criminal mischief.
